wallet cashout failed

sir our ID is TNPACVNR020-01.09-12-2024 Yesterday we have to transfer cash out to our personal account in Canara bank A/c No 0957101020290 for RS 49000.but till now the amount not credited.at the time of cash out transaction failed and in progress reason . but the amount in wallet 2 debited rs 49000. so please reverse tha amount rs 49000. in my wallet 2 account
